California needs to sell sponsorships

California is in the red: $15 Billion is the conservative side (can I use this to describe a CA estimate?)--worst case is $21 Billion.

So, in the name of Fairness, why shouldn't the movie industry sponsor the debt...on say LA? This would be likened to the sponsorship of an organization sponsoring a section of highway. (The vision of Tommy Lee Jones using an idiot-stick* on the side of a road just popped into mind.)

If they don't, how about the state correctional system release the prisoners (the ones that Arnold says are going to have to be released) into Beverly Hills? 90210 with an attitude.

As an alternative, why don't they hire away Sheriff Joe Arpaio from AZ and he could open some more open-air jails. The weather is milder, and "it never rains in California...."

*An idiot-stick is a stick with a nail on one end and an idiot on the other.
